Lady Nwagboso is currently working with Abia State Schools Board, a large urban school district comprised of 106,000 students in about 85 schools.
She is qualified with Master of Education degree in Special Education, and Bachelor of Arts Degree in Education; major in special education & secondary education, Abia State University, Nigeria.
She is a highly motivated, innovative, and inspirational educator and leader with over 35 years of loyal service in the advancement of public education and students.
She is an excellent communicator with strong interpersonal, verbal, written, and computer skills; able to interact superbly with students, parents, staff/team, and the community. Proficient in the coordination of people and resources – motivating, developing, and directing non-profit groups, agencies and staff in the creation and efficient management of programs. Skilled assessor/evaluator, with focus on establishing and promoting high standards for both students, teachers, and program development.
